NOTICE INVITING SEALED QUOTATION

The Druk PNB Bank Ltd., invites sealed bids/quotation for the sale of used Office chairs on “As is where is basis”. The interested bidders may submit their bids in sealed envelope to the Corporate Office, Thimphu clearly stating their Names, CID number/licence number and bid amount. The following Office chairs are offered for sale:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The last date for submission of the bidding documents is on 10th June, 2019 at 4:00pm.
  2. The documents will be opened in the presence of bidders on the same day at 3:30 PM at the conference Hall of Druk PNB Bank Ltd.
  3. The successful bidders shall lift the items within 20 days from the date of opening the document.
  4. The winning bidder shall pay 25% of the quoted amount on the date of opening of the bid and the balance amount to be paid on or before the final date of lifting.
  5. If the winning bidder fails to deposit the balance amount and lift the items within the given date, 25% of the quoted amount paid shall be forfeited and the items will be offered to the next highest bidder.
  6. The bidders are requested to inspect the chairs before bidding and no complaints will be entertained by the Bank thereafter.
  7. The chairs can be inspected during office hours from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M on weekdays. Interested bidders are requested to contact at 325936 (extension No. 200) or mobile No. 17892284 for any further information and queries during office hours.
