   1. Deposit standing singly/ jointly                             : 1% above deposit rate
   2. Deposit standing in the name of third party         : 2% above deposit rate.
   3. Deposit in the name of company, societies         : 1 % above deposit rate.
      
3. LTV : 90%
   
4. Repayment of loan: deposit term.
