Perform your banking tasks from the palm of your hand, from anywhere and at anytime! This application provides access to Druk PNB banking services across all operators. It provides its customers to access the various features of banking over a secure channel. The application supports IOS Version 12 and above and Android Version 4.4 and above .

NOTE: One time activation is mandatory after downloading the new app before logging in.

After downloading DrukPay, New Users can directly register from the “Register” Button link provided on the first page.

Important Tips:

1. Before downloading / activating App customers are requested to check availability of stable internet connection/supported version of the Mobile phones and also the latest mobile number and your CID should be updated visiting the nearest branch. TPIN is received on registered mobile number once the registrations process is completed.
2. If login password is forgotten, customer can do forgot password that is provided on the First Page.

You are requested not to follow any link/E-Mail requesting to share your Bank Details, Personal Details, User ID and Password, One Time Passwords (OTP) etc. Our Bank never asks for such information from its customers. Please report any such incident at : corp.it@drukpnbbank.bt
