Druk PNB Mobile App Procedure to set MPIN/TPIN

Dear Valued customers,

We have upgraded our mobile App. Now for the Mobile app the login password (Alpha Numeric and Special Character)  is changed to MPIN (4 digit password) and Transaction password (Alpha Numeric and Special Character) to TPIN (4 digit password).

The existing users have to set MPIN before logging into the App ,old password will no longer work in New Mobile App.

  1. Please find below the steps to set MPIN for existing customers.
  • There will be option to set MPIN, click Set MPIN/forgot password
  • Insert your User ID (Customer ID)
  • OTP will be delivery to your register number maintained with the Bank
  • Insert OTP and change your MPIN (4 digit password). Then customers can login into app.

After successfully changing the MPIN the app will navigate the user to dashboard, there is a option to change TPIN under view card “MY PROFILE”.

If the users don’t change the TPIN the app will auto navigate the user to change TPIN page where ever TPIN authentication is required.

  1. Please find below the steps to set MPIN and TPIN for new customers
  • There will be option as “New users”. Select “New users”
  • Insert your Account number
  • And select your CID Number/license number/work permit number/passport number or select Date Of Birth
  • OTP will be delivery to your register number maintained with the Bank
  • Insert OTP and change your MPIN (4 digit password)

After successfully changing the MPIN the app will auto navigate the user to change TPIN where the user will again receive OTP to change TPIN. Insert 4 digit number.

Note: you need get opt for changing the MPIN TPIN.
